What is the Adam CPWplus S Small Animal Scale?

The CPWPlus S Small Animal Scale is a portable, easy to use weighing scale from Adam Equipment. It has a separate base and indicator, which means the display can be positioned in the most convenient position for reading the weight - such as on a wall at eye level.

CPWplus S scales have a 300mm x 300mm platform size, with capacity options upto 15kg – ideal for cats and other smaller pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. Plus, a hold-of-weight feature means the reading will stabilise on the display, even if the animal is moving around during weighing.

 How to use the Adam CPWplus S Small Animal Scale

To use the CPWplus S, ensure that it’s on a level surface and turn the scale on. When the display reads zero, you can begin weighing, using the unit button to select your desired unit type.

If the animal is being weighed in a blanket, you can remove the weight of this from the display using the tare feature. Simply add the blanket to the scale and press 'Tare.' Then, add the animal to the scale in the blanket and you'll have an accurate weight for the animal only.
