What is the Inscale IFS Floor Scale?

Inscale's IFS platform scale is a durable, splash-proof weighing machine suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.

The IFS includes a mild steel base with a large stainless steel weighing pan, and is combined with our own IWI IP68 rated checkweighing indicator. The indicator includes a vivid LCD display, as well as an adjustable high and low checkweight limit for weighing a variety of sample sizes.

The IFS' parts counting functionality is essential for busy commercial warehouses, allowing the user to perform fast and accurate counting for a large amounts of products without the need for manual counting.

Full washdown stainless steel versions are available on request.

Using the checkweighing function on the Inscale IFS Floor Scale

When users need to check the weight of multiple subjects where consistency is crucial, a checkweighing function can be useful. To initiate the checkweighing function on the IFS, when the scale is on and in normal weighing mode, press the ‘M+’ button to enter setup menu.

When ‘XXXX kg’ and ‘Hi’ is showing you can set the high limit, using the ‘M+’ and ‘Print’ key to set the limits and the ‘Mode’ key to confirm. Next, the low limit can be set using the same method. Use the ‘Mode’ key to confirm.

In normal weighing mode, when a subject is placed on the weighing pan, the display will change colour depending on whether the weighing is under, over or within the chosen weight limits. This colour is fully customizable in the menu.
