What is the LBX ‘Latitude’ Compact Bench Scale?

The LBX ‘Latitude’ is an excellent value weighing scale with checkweighing, percentage weighing and counting applications, from British scale manufacturer Adam Equipment.

‘Latitude’ bench scales are highly practical weighing machines that can be powered via an AC power adapter or an internal rechargeable battery. This means this portable, compact scale can be used anywhere. The battery operates for up to 240 hours and features a clear battery icon display, meaning there will never be the worry of losing power again.

For added flexibility and convenience, the ‘Latitude’ can be charged using any USB power source, such as a USB connection in a vehicle or external USB power banks.

Hi, Lo and OK check-weighing traffic lights make for easy, repeatable monitoring of the chosen target weight. The large, backlight LCD display which can be seen in any light conditions.

How to use the LBX ‘Latitude’ Compact Bench Scale

To set up your LBX, place the scale on a flat surface and use the spirit level and feet to adjust. Next, turn the scale on and wait for a zero to appear before weighing. You can use the ‘unit’ key to change to the desired units – kg/g, lb, lb:oz and oz are all available. Use the ‘function’ key to select parts counting, percentage weighing or calibration functions.

To toggle the auto shut off feature, press the ‘function’ key and then ‘tare’ to confirm the change. SLP 0 means that the function is disabled, whilst SLP X means that the function is enabled. The X represents the time in minutes before the scale will shut off automatically.
