What is the Inscale IBS Large Bench Scale?

The IBS is our tough, highly dependable bench scale - with an intuitive stainless steel indicator, and a mild steel base with stainless steel weighing pan. With a column-mounted indicator, and a 300mm x 400mm base, these bench scales are suitable for weighing larger items where a higher indicator position is beneficial. Capacity options are 15kg to 120kg.

This scale can still easily fit on a worktop or workbench surface. Checkweighing and parts counting functionality make it a versatile scale for a variety of applications.

What are bench scales used for?

Bench scales are typically used for weighing items on a bench or worktop. They are usually available with capacities up to 60kg. Many bench scales have checkweighing functionality so that items can be weighed quickly and accurately, speeding up processes on production lines and in despatch areas. For checkweighing, the IBS has a hi/lo alarm meaning weight limits can be set, and you'll be alerted if an item is too heavy, or not heavy enough.

Bench scales usually have an integrated weight display. The IBS, however, has its weight display on a column-mounted indicator - meaning you can weigh larger items and still see the weight result.
