What is the Adam GFK Trade Approved Checkweighing Floor Scale?
The GFK, from British weighing scale manufacturer Adam Equipment, is a durable, versatile floor scale with checkweighing capabilities and trade approval. This enables the GFK to be used for applications whereby weight is directly related to the price of a product. It features a simple numeric keypad and a bright large backlit display. Programmable LED lights can be used to set limits and make production and checking of parts, product, shipments, or stock quick and simple.
The GFK Trade Approved Checkweighing Floor Scale comes with a standard rechargeable battery offering up to 90 hours use between charges makes the device flexible and portable. A grade 304 stainless steel top pan with mild steel base and pillar mounted ABS plastic indicator, make the GFK a durable and robust for even the harshest industrial environment.
Connect to a PC or printer using the RS-232 interface and record and print data with ease. Adam's DU Data Collection Program makes capturing data much easier.

How to use the Adam GFK Trade Approved Checkweighing Floor Scale
Set up your GFK Scale by attaching the bracket to the base of the scale and then the pillar into the bracket using 2 screws. Next, simply connect the cable.
Turn on the scale using ‘on/off’ key, and once on, the GFK can be set to zero or tared using the ‘0’ key or the ‘T’ key.
For checkweighing, high and low parameters can be set using the buttons ‘High Lim’ and ‘Low Lim’, whilst the ‘CE’ button can be used to clear any existing values. For parts counting, simply press the ‘Cnt’ and choose your desired sample size from the preset values.
