What is an OIML Calibration Weight?

Each OIML weight is an individual weight that can be used to test or calibrate a product to the relevant OIML standard.  F2 weights which are suitable for precision balances. M1 weights are ideal for compact and bench scales that require less accuracy and are more affordable than E1 or E2 class calibration weights.

Applications for the OIML Calibration Weights

Correctly selected test weights with calibration certificate are the pre-requisite for ensuring that your balances and scales are not only correctly adjusted, but also correctly calibrated. Each scale calibration weight is checked to make sure that it is within tolerance, calibration and certification is available Traceable to National standards. A direct UKAS calibration and certification service is also available.
