How to use the AGF 150M Trade Approved Floor Scale:
Utilizing the AGF 150M is a straightforward process, whether you require a simple weight measurement or are engaged in checkweighing applications.
To get started, simply power on the scale using the designated button. Once the display registers a line of zeroes, you're all set to weigh.
The 'T' button allows you to tare off any unwanted weight, such as a small pallet, box, or tray, while the object is resting on the weighing pan. You can effortlessly switch between g/kg, lbs/oz, or Newtons readings by pressing the 'Unit/Mode' button.
For checkweighing, you have the flexibility to set high and low limits, ensuring the items you're weighing meet precise weight criteria. In the standard weighing mode, pressing the 'CHK/Print' button for three seconds initiates the process. When 'Hi' appears on the display, use the directional buttons to select your desired high limit, pressing 'Tare' to confirm. Repeat the process to set your preferred low limit. The checkweighing function is then established, and the display will indicate with red, yellow, or green, depending on whether the value aligns with, falls under, or exceeds the set weight parameters.
